Featured Volunteer – April 2022<\/p>\n

I became involved in community theatre in 1995 and joined Bedford Players in 2000. This theatre was closer to where I live, which was convenient, and I decided to audition there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I decided to make it my theatre home.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve done pretty well anything and everything at BP. It’s all been great fun.\u00a0 Makeup, front of house, assistant stage manager, set construction, canteen, advertising, sponsorship and as secretary on the executive.\u00a0 My preference is to be on stage, but I also really enjoyed meeting and introducing the sponsorship program to various local business owners.<\/p>\n

For me, the best thing about being part of BP is collaborating with friends, new and old, to create productions that the community appreciates and enjoys.<\/p>\n
