Christner<\/span><\/p>\n Abby and Dan are a successful married couple whose children are grown and out of the house. The peace and quiet they enjoy, however, abruptly changes when Abby invites her newly widowed mother-in-law, Sarah, to move in with them. In a classic case of one-upmanship (common among in-laws!), Sarah immediately phones Claudia, Abby’s mother, to tell her the “good news”. Not to be outdone, Claudia masterfully drops a first class guilt trip on Dan, and before you know it, both mothers-in-law have moved in with their now beleaguered children! With peace and quiet now gone, how long can\u00a0that<\/em>\u00a0living arrangement last…??<\/p>\n Bedford Players’ play reads are an informal, fun gathering where everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n THIS IS NOT AN AUDITION!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n No acting experience needed – All are welcome!<\/p>\n A play read is a fun, no-commitment social activity offered free of charge by Bedford Players.
